Set dedicated permissions to all members and don&#8217;t worry about unauthorized access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 1: <\/strong>invite users to the Organization and set their Role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 2:<\/strong> choose what workspace access every team member has.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"b1507068463_1483\">Organization Roles<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Choose Managers to manage organization and members. If you need to invite people just for collaboration, then choose Members or Guests\/Clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"b1507068463_1063\">\n<li><strong>Account<\/strong> <strong>Owner<\/strong> &#8211; has full access.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Managers<\/strong> &#8211; can manage organization:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Can&#8217;t manage billing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can&#8217;t delete organization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can&#8217;t remove Account Owner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can access all workspaces.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Members<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>can&#8217;t <\/strong>manage organization. Have access to selected workspaces only.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Do not have access to Organization Console.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Guests\/Clients<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>can&#8217;t <\/strong>manage organization. Have access only to <strong>One<\/strong> workspace.<strong> Payment is not required<\/strong> for such members but they have more limitations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"b1507068463_2534\">Workspace Access<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>These permissions are applied only at the workspace level. Account Owner and Managers can set any permission to themselves. Members and Guests\/Clients can&#8217;t change permissions assigned by Managers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"b1507068463_3011\">\n<li><strong>Admin<\/strong> &#8211; users can edit pages, add new pages, share your pages through public pages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Can create and edit<\/strong> &#8211; users will be able to do full-fledged work on pages &#8211; read, edit, and even delete pages.
