Through it you can create organizations, manage workspaces and members, add your branding to public pages and web clients, and much more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"b1153386969_0\">Types of accounts in organizations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"b1153386969_47\">\n<li>Organization <strong>Owner<\/strong> and <strong>Managers<\/strong> have access to all workspaces and to the organization&#8217;s console.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organization <strong>Members<\/strong> can access the workspaces they have been added to by the organization <strong>Owner or<\/strong> <strong>Managers<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Members with a <strong>Guest<\/strong> role can have access to only one workspace and their stay in the organization can be limited in time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sales-ai-agents.com\/guides\/organization\/guest-accounts\/\">Read more about Guests Accounts<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u261dNote: A member can be a part of an organization, but not be a part of a workspace.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/app.nimbusweb.me\/box\/attachment\/4516842\/y3meroodx7crcb0b4pgq\/CbT26xKs0nGQOG2Q\/Group%205%20(8).png\" alt=\"Nimbus Business\/Teams accounts have a higher level of management which can be run in the Organization Console. \"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"b1153386969_548\">Types of permissions in workspaces<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"b1153386969_593\">\n<li><strong>Admin<\/strong> &#8211; users can edit pages, add new pages, share your pages through public pages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Can create and edit<\/strong> &#8211; users will be able to do full-fledged work on pages &#8211; read, edit, and even delete pages. Folders and tags management will also be available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Read only<\/strong> &#8211; user&#8217;s pages will be available only for reading.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/app.nimbusweb.me\/box\/attachment\/4516842\/y3meroodx7crcb0b4pgq\/LVuEWZI9bxhMJaev\/Group%2026%20(3).png\" alt=\"Types of permissions in workspaces\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"b1153386969_2293\">Add members in the organization<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/app.nimbusweb.me\/box\/attachment\/4516842\/y3meroodx7crcb0b4pgq\/iT2r2nrLG6zYnOSU\/without.gif\" alt=\"Add members in the organization\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>To add a member to the organization, follow these steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"b1909430795_137\">\n<li>Go to <a href=\"https:\/\/teams.nimbusweb.me\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/teams.nimbusweb.me\/<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Navigate to <strong>Members <\/strong>&#8211; Invite new members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the member&#8217;s email address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose a nessesary role in the organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the workspace to which you want to add the member. If you want to add a guest or a member without a workspace, select \u201c<strong>without workspace<\/strong>.\u201d<br>In the future, you can manually add guests \/ members to the desired workspace through the workspaces page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select permissions for the user.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Send an invite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The user will receive an email with an invitation to join. After accepting, the user will become a member of the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u261dNote: An invite is sent only the first time a member is added to the workspace.
