In addition to searchable tags and nested folders, you can organize your pages into workspaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A member may have different permission levels in different workspaces. For example, a member might be an admin in one workspace and have read-only permissions in another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u261d<\/strong> <strong>Note: Each workspace is independent, with its own pages, folders, reminders, and members.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the Workspaces section, you can create a new workspace, manage existing workspaces, and invite \/ add members to the workspace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"b1888597538_474\">Types of accounts in organizations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"b1888597538_55\">\n<li>Organization <strong>Owner<\/strong> and <strong>Managers<\/strong> have access to all workspace and to the organization&#8217;s console.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organization <strong>Members<\/strong> can access the workspaces they have been added to by the organization <strong>Owner or<\/strong> <strong>Managers<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Members with a <strong>Guest<\/strong> role can have access to only one workspace and their stay in the organization can be limited in time. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sales-ai-agents.com\/guides\/organization\/guest-accounts\/\">Read more about Guests Accounts<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"b2216200605_452\">Types of permissions in workspaces<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"b1025069879_42\">\n<li><strong>Admin<\/strong> &#8211; users can edit pages, add new pages, share your pages through public pages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Can create and edit<\/strong> &#8211; users will be able to do full-fledged work on pages &#8211; read, edit, and even delete pages. Folders and tags management will also be available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Read only<\/strong> &#8211; user&#8217;s pages will be available only for reading.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"b2216200605_3173\">Manage workspaces<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/app.nimbusweb.me\/box\/attachment\/4521901\/pm28nd55axun1zse545z\/L4TV2ZFaHDv3SGQa\/Group%2029%20(2).png\" alt=\"Manage workspaces\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>To manage workspaces, you need to go to the <strong>Manage <\/strong>section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"b1286057908_768\">\n<li>Click on the three dots menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: initial;\">Settings &#8211; opens the workspace settings panel. They only have access to the specific workspaces they were added to.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Owner and Managers have access to all workspaces and to the organization console.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/app.nimbusweb.me\/box\/attachment\/4521901\/pm28nd55axun1zse545z\/hzyFwdvD597wTx0T\/2%20(2)%20(1)%20(1).gif\" alt=\"Invite members in workspace\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>To add a member directly to the workspace, you need to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"b2216200605_2437\">\n<li>Go to the section <strong>Workspaces <\/strong>&#8211; <strong>Manage<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Next, select the workspace to which you want to add the user.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press on <strong>+<\/strong> in the <strong>Members <\/strong>section or select <strong>Invite members<\/strong> inside the three dots menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select<strong> New by email <\/strong>and enter the user&#8217;s email address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose a necessary role in the organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select permissions for the user.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Send an invite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The user will receive an email with an invitation to join.
