You can do this through the file manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click <strong>Upload<\/strong> and upload the necessary PDF document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2430\" height=\"963\" src=\"https:\/\/sales-ai-agents.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/image-48.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-87558\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Then, click the <strong>Add eSign<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"2369\" height=\"1016\" src=\"https:\/\/sales-ai-agents.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/image-49.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-87561\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, you need to add a signature field to the document. You can also add the date that the signer must enter, text blocks, the signer\u2019s initials, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/sales-ai-agents.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/screencast-portal-documents_p_dev-thefusebase_com-2025_01_26-13_16_57.webm\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>By default, only one signer is added to the document. However, you can select two or more signers at once (for example, if both you and the client need to sign the contract).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To do this, click the <strong>+<\/strong> and select <strong>Add second party<\/strong>. Then, choose the place for the second signer\u2019s signature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/sales-ai-agents.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/screencast-portal-documents_p_dev-thefusebase_com-2025_01_26-13_31_36.webm\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sending a Document for Signature<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>After the document is prepared for signature, you can send it to the signers. You can do this immediately after adding the signature field, or later by clicking the <strong>Draft<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"2561\" height=\"1398\" src=\"https:\/\/sales-ai-agents.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/image-50.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-87577\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, select the members you want to send the contract to for signature. You can only choose from the members who have access to the portal with the document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, click <strong>Next<\/strong>, after which the document will be sent to the selected signers for signature. If you are among the signers, you can sign the document immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/sales-ai-agents.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/screencast-portal-documents_p_dev-thefusebase_com-2025_01_26-13_38_59.webm\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Signing the Document<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There are two ways to sign the document:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the link in the email that will be sent to all signers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sign through the file manager. If a member needs to sign the document, the <strong>Sign<\/strong> option will be active next to the relevant document.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2523\" height=\"1317\" src=\"https:\/\/sales-ai-agents.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/image-51.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-87584\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>After the client opens the document for signing, they need to click <strong>Sign<\/strong> to begin the process. If only a signature is required, it can be entered immediately in the corresponding field. Click to add a signature field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Draft<\/strong> \u2013 A signature field has been added to the document, and it is ready to be sent to signers. Click to select the signers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sign<\/strong> \u2013 You are one of the document\u2019s signers. Click to sign the document.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Signed<\/strong> \u2013 If the document has been sent for signing, this status displays the number of members who have already signed the document and how many members still need to sign it.
