The option is offered just for organizations. For each workspace, you can change the appearance of public pages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To tailor the look you want:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"b2207651973_0\">\n<li>Open the business organization dashboard at <a href=\"https:\/\/teams.nimbusweb.me\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/teams.nimbusweb.me<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to the Workspaces page<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the menu of the desired workspace and select <strong>Branding : Public pages<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/app.nimbusweb.me\/box\/attachment\/4465554\/tfuz32ub1grrh1unz430\/uzO94dO4V86hRtrs\/Group%2013%20(1).png\" alt=\"For each workspace, you can change the appearance of public pages.\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Next, a menu will open, allowing you to change the appearance of public pages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"b4115028480_568\">\n<li>At the moment, you can change the upper components of a public page (logo, top bar, buttons, and so on). You can get the link by clicking on the <strong>Get Public Link<\/strong> button or through the context menu of a page or folder.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/app.nimbusweb.me\/box\/attachment\/4465554\/tfuz32ub1grrh1unz430\/cDNuTNOEUVo20PnS\/Group%202%20(9)%20(1).png\" alt=\"You can check the modifications instantly on any public link from the desired workspace.\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Now let&#8217;s see the appearance settings we can change?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"b1143462053_430\">General Settings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"b1143462053_613\">Switch on\/ off page indexing by search engines<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"b2207651973_231\">\n<li>At the moment, public pages are not indexed by online search engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc.). To alter this in the settings, select the <strong>Allow Search Engines indexing<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/app.nimbusweb.me\/box\/attachment\/4465554\/tfuz32ub1grrh1unz430\/62LHFNZwhZcrmcn5\/Group%204%20(6)%20(1).png\" alt=\"Switch on\/ off page indexing by search engines\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>By default, this option is disabled. If activated, it will be indexed by public online search engines into public pages. By default, there is a light theme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you wish, you can choose a dark one and it will open for visitors to your public pages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/app.nimbusweb.me\/box\/attachment\/4465554\/tfuz32ub1grrh1unz430\/B4RdtyL7fEmHu5CM\/Group%2011%20(2).png\" alt=\"Nimbus Note has two styles for public pages: light and dark. To do this, click <strong>Edit <\/strong>in the Logo link and specify the desired link<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/app.nimbusweb.me\/box\/attachment\/4465554\/tfuz32ub1grrh1unz430\/JJKPU1564m6POA3q\/Group%208%20(4).png\" alt=\"Also, you can define a link that will open when you click on the logo design. \"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Further, you can change the link or delete it (you need to select <strong>Reset<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"b1143462053_899\">Favicon<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"b846779273_0\">\n<li>The favicon is a small icon that appears in the tab of the page next to its name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can upload an icon to use as your favicon. To change the favicon, click on <strong>Upload <\/strong>and choose an image. In the future, you can change the favicon or erase it, in which case the standard favicon will be shown.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/app.nimbusweb.me\/box\/attachment\/4465554\/tfuz32ub1grrh1unz430\/g5V2OV8iClwaAn3f\/Group%209%20(3).png\" alt=\"In Nimbus Note you can upload an icon to use as your favicon. \"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"b2037676257_60\">Default Image for SMM posts<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>When you add a link to a public page and post it on social media, you&#8217;ll see the preview of the page.
