All workspace members have access to the Unsorted folder and that access cannot be restricted. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to change access to a page for a workspace member<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who has permission to manage page access?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The following members can manage folder access:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul id=\"b2110891586_704\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Owner organization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organization managers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Workspace admins<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"b2110891586_801\">How to deny access to pages to individual members?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>1) Right click on the desired page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2) Select Manage Members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img denied access to at least one page, then the following restrictions are also enabled for this user:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the user will not be able to create new root folders;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the user does not get access to new root folders;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the user loses the ability to transfer pages to other folders;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the user loses the ability to transfer pages and folders to other workspaces;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the user loses the ability to create new tags.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to grant a user access to a page<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have limited access to pages, then you can also restore access to them for individual users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1) Right-click on the desired folder\/subfolder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2) Select Manage Members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3) In the window that appears, click on <strong>Add Members<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image No Access and select the desired permission (Edit or Read Only), after which the corresponding permission will be given to the user.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure of the workspace, then they will be given access to the page, depending on the permissions in the workspace. If the workspace has Edit permission, then the folder will also have Edit access. You can change the workspace\u2019s permissions in the organization\u2019s business console.<br><br>If the user was not a member of the workspace, then adding them to the page will also add them to the workspace with the permissions that were specified when granting access to the page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"b2110891586_3074\">How do I invite a new member to a note?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also invite a new member to the note through an invite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1) Right-click on the desired page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2) Select Manage Members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3) In the window that appears, click on Add Members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4) Go to the By Email tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5) Enter the email address of the desired user and specify their role and permissions.
