Read more here &#8211; https:\/\/sales-ai-agents.com\/guides\/client-portal\/access\/<\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Generating a link when entering the portal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When you create an invitation to an organization, you can invite it to the portal right away. The user will be able to get the password for access through the <strong>Restore Password option<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requesting portal access without a Fusebase account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If a user without an account opens a closed portal, he sees the following message.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img the organization will receive a message that the new user has requested access to the portal and the owner can manually give access to the portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manual magic link generation for users<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, you can manually generate a link for quick access to the portal for existing users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1) Open the business console &#8211;<a href=\"https:\/\/teams.nimbusweb.me\/\"> https:\/\/teams.nimbusweb.me\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2) In the list of projects, click on the desired one, where there is a portal.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-heading\">Managing a magic link<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Through the user menu in the portal project, you can also manage the link in a basic way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Deactivating the link<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can disable the link for individual users through <strong>the Deactivate option<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-heading\">Generating a new link<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There may be a case where you want to delete the old link and immediately generate a new one.
